Meal Prepping
Light grocery shopping, and providing nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner
Breastfeeding Assistance
Help manage early lactation challenges, offer hands-on assistance to help with latch and help reduce pain and build confidence. (Will refer families to an international board certified Lactation Consultant if needed.)
Postpartum Care
Assist with physical, emotional and mental support, provide referrals to local resources, run errands and care for other children and pets.
